Berkeley Springs WV Vacations

Our kids and grand kids wanted to try vacationing in the mountains this year vs. beach and were not disappointed in the least. Katie is an amazing host with incredible attention to detail and extremely responsive. Beautiful place in secluded area, loved hot tub, fire pit and nearly zero light pollution at night revealed phenomenal light/stars show with multiple shooting stars. Huge props to Katie, will definitely look to her again for next mountain vaca. Cheers

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Berkeley Springs, WV! The mountain views were absolutely stunning—especially at sunset. The house was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, yet still gather together for meals and games. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area was, but still just a short drive from downtown Berkeley Springs and nearby hiking and fishing spots. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with room for a crowd and unbeatable views, this is the place!

Our family's annual vacation was extra special at the mountain house. It accommodated 8 adults and 6 kids with no problem. Lots of room to spread out and every detail was thought of. The one disappointment was the new rules that the HOA was no longer allowing more than 10 from the house at the pool at the same time. Even with extra paid passes provided by the homeowner they would not accommodate our group. Katie was very responsive and offered and provided alternatives for us to enjoy water together as a family. We highly recommend floating down the Cacapon River on inner tubes; that was the high light of the week!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Berkley Springs. We loved the town , Cacapon State park and the community pool, we kept busy all week with so many activities, like golf, hiking, swimming, shopping, restaurants and even a little pickleball. The house was perfect!

We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed as many of the places nearby that we could. Our stay wasn't long enough. My grandson asked when we were coming back as we were packing up to leave. Everyone in the family appreciated having their own bedroom and bathroom. I (Mom/Granny) appreciated not having a TV in the main living area. We sat around, talked as a family, and played games. PacMan was also a big hit and challenge to see who could score the highest. We enjoyed the house, the area, and as much fun as we could soak up in our short visit. Our week long visit went way too fast. Katie, our hostess, was always responsive. I never had to wait long for a response to any of my messages. She's a jewel. I appreciated all the information she sent before we arrived to help us decided where to go and what to do. Thank you. ~Barbara

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was absolutely wonderful! A ton of space for everyone to spread out and the kids to play. And the view was incredible! We loved staying here

We absolutely LOVED the house and the overall peaceful experience! Everything was just as shown in the pictures. If you're picky like me when it comes to cleanliness, then look no further; this is the place for you; absolutely spotless! Katie was wonderful and communicated with us as needed. She sent us lots of great information about the area and places to eat and visit. Hubby and I traveled with my elderly parents and our little dog and I can safely say that a great time was had by all. From the peaceful surroundings, to the immaculate home, we would highly recommend this house to family and friends and are already trying to see when we can go back. Definitely 5-star!

Katie's house was incredible and we cannot stop talking about how much fun we had. There is plenty of space and plenty to do. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids as was the games room. We loved that there was the drip coffee machine and the Keurig - no waiting to get the exact coffee you want. :) Katie and her team have thought of everything - plenty of plates and cutlery and all the baking sheets were a fantastic touch. The fire pit, hot tub, outdoor patio, and the full-sized fridge in the basement were the icing on the cake. Upstairs fridge for essentials and downstairs fridge for all the fun! Thanks again and we will definitely be back!

Katie and her husband were great and quick to respond with any questions. We loved the house and left feeling peaceful and grateful that we got to spend a week in their beautiful home.

Great place! Beautifully built, decorated and taken care of! Highly recommend. If you want to disconnect from the world, this is it! Only downside is the internet kept crashing and it was hard to streamline. Besides that, place was amazing!
